I recently went to a professional football game with my wife and for the first time, I noticed something that hurt deep in my soul. I noticed that the majority of men and many women were overweight. Not even the XXXL shirts hid the guts underneath. I couldn't help but wonder how many of those men and women truly want to do something about their health. So, I decided to reach out to help those who truly want to make the change but don't know how or maybe can't afford it.

Here it is... I want to "Pay it Forward" and bless a few people who really want to change. A few who will be committed to work with me to change their lifestyle. However, if it means nothing to the recipient it has no value to anyone. Below are the guidelines, requirements and expectations.      










The FREE  T -300  has requirements.

#1  Get Registered. Go to the get started page and fill in all the blanks. We will send you more required details.

#2  FEES... There is a small fee for selected participants.

#3  SELECTION: All submissions will be reviewed as they come in and announced on Instagram.

#4  PHOTO, ESSAY & VIDEO:  A photo, a 250 word essay or a 2 minute video explaining why you should be selected.

#5  DEADLINE: All submissions must be completed in 3 Days after you register.

#6  Must complete the program or pay the standard fee.

#7  Must have 3 people that will keep you accountable.


Every quarter a few new submissions will be added.
Q- What if I'm not chosen can I still train with the group?
A- Yes

This training camp weekend is in the planning stages. We are designing a special type of training and obstacle course that will take SSPEW to another level. In other words, it will test your whole being, Spirit, Soul, and Body. It is not for everyone, it is for those who want to experience a challenge like never before. Those who want to take endurance and obstacle training to another level.
